And welcome to this here blog :-) I've done the blogging thing before a couple of times over, but I wanted a place to share what I love and what I create with the small handful of people who still ask me 'have you blogged lately?'. Don't expect anything deep and meaningful, but I don't do light and fluffy either. What you see is what you get, and ultimately what I choose to share. In this day and age of such easy (and now expected) accessibility, I've learned to be discerning about what put out there, and for now, it's just the work of my hands that comes from my heart.

Enjoy xx

  1. I was about to ask the same question as Mary! :)

I so love the art in abstract journals. I find myself wanting to be more free with art, and yet I end up with straight lines ... my eyes just fix things like that. Love this...

  2. I always love to see other's individual pieces of abstract art....each piece is unique to the artist and always shows a bit of personality! Thanks for sharing and welcome to blogging (again) :)

  3. Thank you ladies :-) It's just a scrapbook page, and Sara I'm generally as linear as they come, so this page was a challenge for me (actually, it was a challenge from a scrapping blog, lol!!). I'm about to embark on an art journal journey, I'm stepping right out of my comfort zone and following where I know the desires God has placed in my heart are leading me.

  4. I agree with you about the accessibility of the age we live in! I hope you find the balance you want in this blog. I love the scrapbook page!
